Karen Sund has been practicing architecture since 1996. While living in Augusta, GA she gained a deep appreciation for fine residential architecture and the unpretentious grandeur of the homes of the south. Her appreciation of those beautiful structures are what motivates her to create timeless designs that blend so eloquently with their surroundings.

In Karen's spare time, she loves soaking in the beautiful mountains of Westcliffe, CO on horseback with her husband Jon on their 160 acre ranch. This is also what inspires her to preserve those beautiful mountains with unobtrusive designs that blend seemelessly within.
